Custom printed products are not returnable. In case of defects or printing errors which are our responsibility we will replace the item or in some limited cases issue a refund.

Please carefully proof all items before submitting your order. Make any needed corrections before submitting your order. What you see on screen is what will be on your printed product.

If you use a credit card for your purchase and are entitled to a refund, the refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
